The full amount is charged when the booking is confirmed and held securely by Stripe — the Helper sees the job is fully funded before starting.
After finishing, the Helper marks the job as completed in their dashboard. The customer is notified immediately.
The customer confirms the job was done as agreed — one click. No reaction? The payment is released automatically after 72 hours unless a dispute is opened.
Once confirmed, the earnings (minus the flat 15% fee) are credited instantly. Payout requests made before 17:00 CET are processed the same day.
We only release money for work that was actually delivered. That protects customers — and it protects Helpers too, because a confirmed job can no longer be charged back through us. Three things can happen after a Helper marks a job complete:

Helpers can withdraw earnings via PayPal, bank transfer or Payoneer from a balance of just $5. Requests submitted before 17:00 CET on business days are processed the same day; later requests go out first thing the next morning.
