Two short online courses are the difference between general labor and the better-paid event, bar and kitchen shifts on this platform. One of them is required by Texas law. The other is technically voluntary — but almost every venue will ask for it anyway, and this page explains exactly why.

Do I need both TABC and a food handler card?

How long does a Texas food handler card last?
